The First Release in the Unicorn Series
As an Independent Bottler, we have all manner of interesting casks that reside in our warehouses. Occasionally these have leaked or are low fill and don't have enough in them for a full release. However, some of these casks can be incredible whiskies and stand-out drams; they are just very low volume. Of course, we still want to bring these to the world as they deserve to be enjoyed. So we thought, why not release them at an almost ‘giveaway’ price so everyone can have a chance of enjoying them, not just those who can afford premium bottlings. This is what makes the Unicorn Series.
The first in the collection is a 35-year-old Linkwood, finished in an Oloroso Sherry Cask.
